Enter your order number and the e-mail address you used for the order – we'll show you your items.

You'll find it in your order confirmation e-mail.
Returns within 30 days of ordering.
1 · Choose itemsSelect what you'd like to send back and tell us whether it has been opened.
2 · Drop off the parcelYou'll get the return address, drop the parcel off at the post office and enter the tracking number.
3 · RefundAs soon as the parcel has been checked, we refund the amount.

Important: For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened pacifiers. Unopened items are welcome.
